What has to change, and by when
No brief required. A few lines written the way you would say it to a colleague is enough: what the company does, what is not working today, what you would want to get. From that we understand whether we can be useful and at what order of investment.

The form composes the message and opens your mail program: no data passes through an intermediate server.
Reply times. We answer within one working day, Monday to Friday. If the enquiry arrives on a Friday afternoon, the reply may slip to Monday. Every enquiry gets an answer, even when the answer is no.
What makes a useful reply possible
Four pieces of information turn a generic quote into an answer you can actually use.
- The sectorCraft trade, restaurant, services, manufacturing, professional practice: they change the priorities, not only the content.
- Today's problemAn old site nobody can update, orders handled by hand, enquiries that get lost. The real starting point counts more than the stated objective.
- The deadlineA real date, even a rough one. If the deadline is tight we say so immediately, with what it costs.
- An indicative budgetIt is not a negotiation: it tells us whether it even makes sense to talk. If the budget is below the minimum threshold, it is useful to know that first.
Where we work
TiTech Digital is based in Italy and works remotely with Italian companies and on international markets. Meetings on video, shared files and one reference person: distance is not the problem, the absence of a reference person is.
When a project needs meetings in person, a workshop to photograph, a warehouse process to watch, we arrange them on site. We put it in the proposal as travel, rather than hiding it inside a generic line.

Before you write
What does a first conversation cost?
Nothing. Thirty minutes on video or on the phone to work out whether the project is within reach for both sides. If a deeper analysis is needed, with access to the systems, a check of the content and an estimate of timings, that is separate work with a cost we agree beforehand.
Do you take on small budgets?
Yes, if the work makes sense. A small showcase site of a few pages can sit in a contained band. What we say clearly is when a budget is not enough for the objective: in that case it is better to reduce the scope than to reduce the quality.
Do you reply even when we cannot work together?
Always. If the project is not our work, we write it with the reason: a technology outside our perimeter, an incompatible budget, an impossible deadline. A reasoned no is more useful than silence.
Can I write in English?
Yes. We work and write in Italian and English. The site is in Italian and English; project communication we handle in whichever language you prefer.
