Privacy policy
This page describes which personal data this website collects, why, for how long and how you can exercise your rights. It is written to be read, not to be scrolled past.
Controller of the processing
The controller is TiTech Digital, VAT number 02829190038, registered office in Italy. For any matter concerning your personal data you can write to info@titechdigital.it. The complete registered address is supplied on request and is stated on the proposal and on the invoice.
Which data we process
1. Data you send us
When you write through the contact form or by email we receive the data you choose to share: name, email address, company if you mention one, and the text of the message. The form on this site does not pass through an intermediate server: it composes the message and opens your mail program, so the data arrives directly in our mailbox.
2. Technical browsing data
The hosting provider records the data needed to deliver and protect the site: IP address, date and time of the request, page requested, browser type. This is data required to make the service work and to defend it from abuse.
3. Data we do not collect
We do not collect special categories of data (health, beliefs, sexual orientation) and we do not ask you to send them. We use no advertising profiling tools, we build no commercial profiles and we buy no contact lists.
Why we process it, and on what legal basis
- Replying to your requestLegal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Managing a contractLegal basis: performance of the contract and the accounting and tax obligations that follow (Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).
- Keeping the site safe and workingLegal basis: legitimate interest in the security and continuity of the service (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Working out which pages workAggregate measurement of page views and traffic sources with Google Analytics 4. Legal basis: consent, given or refused through the banner (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Without consent, no browsing data reaches Google.
- Commercial communicationsOnly with separate consent, withdrawable at any moment (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). At the moment this site sends no newsletter.
Who receives it
Data is never sold or handed to third parties for marketing. It may be processed by suppliers acting as processors, limited to what the service requires:
- Hosting: the site is published on Vercel Inc., which serves the pages and keeps the technical logs.
- Email: the provider of the mail service we use to receive and answer messages.
- Statistics: Google Ireland Limited, which processes browsing data for visitors who accepted the banner. Retention: 14 months in GA4, 13 months for the cookie. Google Signals and ad personalisation are turned off.
- Advisers: accountant and legal counsel, where necessary for obligations of law or for the defence of rights.
- Authorities: where disclosure is required by law.
The site's typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts (fonts.gstatic.com): the request transmits your IP address to Google. The service sets no cookie on our site; the details are in the cookie policy.
Transfers outside the European Union
Some suppliers are based in the United States. In those cases the transfer takes place on the basis of the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, or another instrument provided for by the GDPR. You can ask us which suppliers are involved and which safeguards are in place.
For how long
Contact requests are kept for the time needed to handle them and to follow up the conversation. If the request does not become a working relationship, they are deleted within a reasonable period from the moment the conversation closes.
Data relating to a contract is kept for the periods required by law, in particular the accounting and tax obligations. Technical logs from the hosting provider follow that provider's own timings, typically a few weeks.
Browsing data collected by Google Analytics is kept for fourteen months; the cookie that links it to your visits lasts thirteen. The four entries stored in your browser (consent choice, first-visit source, test assignment, random id) stay there until you clear the site data. They are not sent to any server, except inside a message you decide to write to us.
Your rights
At any time you can request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest (Articles 15 to 22 GDPR). Where processing rests on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting what has already been done.
To exercise those rights write to info@titechdigital.it: we reply within one month, as the Regulation requires. If you consider the processing non-compliant you may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it) or with the supervisory authority of your country.
Changes to this notice
If the services we use or the way data is processed change, we update this page and the date at the top of the document. Substantial changes are communicated to anyone with a contract in force.
